Do you utterly detest the workplace and work you feel you have to do? Are there people in your place of work really can't stand and would be more than happy never to see again as long as you live. Does even the thought of going to work incur a feeling of sickness in your stomach and drain the joy from your very soul? There are many reasons why we may for being unhappy at work from total lack of appreciation to being placed in stressful situations on a daily basis. The important point is what do you intend to do about it? Many of us feel we are trapped especially if you have a large mortgage and a family to feed with all the accompanying bills. To a certain degree that may be true however one thing you will always have is options and opportunities. the trick is to find those which will suit you and to grasp them and create a new life for yourself. You see we only come around once and if your not happy you absolutely have to do something about it. The first thing most people do in this situation is look for another job that is in fact similar to the one they already have. Certainly for some this maybe the solution, some companies have better working environments than others and maybe people who you get along with better if that is the problem. However you should be careful you don't just jump out the frying pan into the fire. You need to clarify exactly what the problems with your current employment are by asking yourself some direct questions and getting some honest answers.
